We contacted Sapphire Windows for a quote. The owner came to do a rough measure up at a time that suited us. Then we were sent a quote, which was very competitive, so we didn’t bother with any other quotes. From previous experience of hard sell tactics with other companies, we had been dreading going through this process. The surveyor came to do a precise measure – all 11 windows were different sizes. It took a while for actual fitting but each window is made to order. The team that did the fitting were very professional. No mess. The windows are absolutely fantastic!!! Such good quality. Not the cheapest of the three quotes I got but by far the most professional company and realistic about timescales. There was a slight delay due to current circumstances beyond their control, but I was kept well informed as to progress and once ready fitting was arranged for a date to suit me. We had an excellent experience from start to finish using Sapphire Windows. Nothing was too much trouble; they even picked up the cat flap that we wanted installed in the front door. Excellent service all round. The gentleman that came to measure up had great experience and offered us advice on which windows would look best and be most practical for that particular room. From the initial phone call through to competition was a 2 month turn around. The window fitters were professional and left no mess and worked around us while we were working from home. This company is family run, and this is reflected in the service that you receive. Every step of the way is clear and honest and they are contactable with any queries. Excellent value for money. Cheapest out of 3 quotes we had, but without compromising quality. The installation team were amazing. Had some problems fitting the new door frame through the house so they went up over the garage roof. The patio door looks absolutely fantastic and the boys left the house looking so clean and tidy. From the moment we discussed our requirements with Russell, we knew we were in safe hands. He was so patient and nothing was too much trouble. We were replacing three windows in all, the lounge 12ft long with triple glazed. As the windows had been in for about 35years I was concerned that the window reveals would be damaged. I need not have worried. The workmen Wayne and Dale were absolutely fantastic, quiet, polite and clean and worked diligently all day, we were so impressed by them both. They made light work of installing the frames and glass with no damage whatsoever, the windows look fab.and I would not hesitate in going to them again. Deciding to buy a composite front door I researched manufacturers then visited local installers. Following a visit to their Ammanford showroom I took a trip to the workshops of Sapphire Windows. Impressed by the set up, I learned from partner in the business, Shaun, how Sapphire is a long established family business. It soon became clear Shaun was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in regard to product. I arranged for a visit and quote. When Russell arrived ( Shaun’s Father) I discovered his experience in the business spanned 30 years. Like father, like son a real pleasure to talk to. We had a reassuring chat over the various designs and manufacturers, without any sales spiel. Today my new door has been fitted. The fitters were excellent, polite, tidy, professional. My new door looks stunning, as well as being solid and secure it has transformed the look of our home.
