From first contact to completion of works I cannot fault Sapphire Windows in any way. They were all an absolute pleasure to deal with and all extremely knowledgeable about all things windows related. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by Matthew and Andrew, 2 lovely boys who have to be the tidiest workers I’ve ever had in my home. I am extremely pleased with the quality, and the installation, of the windows and would not hesitate to recommend Sapphire Windows to friends and family.

I’ve been searching for a while to find the right company and Sapphire windows literally took the vision from my brain and made it a reality. We changed the dining room doors but added a large door to the stairway that previously had nothing. The space now looks incredible. The installation team were prompt, extremely polite and grafted all day. Consummate professionals.

We had a composite front door fitted by them in 2021. The fitting was great, the after service, again great.
We have recently had an issue with the lock on the door. I rang them and they had some one out to look at it within an hour and a half – and another within ten minutes to replacing the lock.
Service you can’t fault and the reassurance that any issue, if you have them, are resolved ridiculously promptly. I can not recommend this company enough and wouldn’t use anyone else now for windows or doors.adie robinsonJune 22, 2023

We ordered a new composite door before Christmas and had it fitted at the end of March. From start to finish Russell, Shaun and their team were fantastic. We had an issue with the door lock on our old door and weren’t to sure who to contact and as a new door was immanent didnt want to spend too much. So we rang them and they were more than happy to help and had it replaced within 2 days. The new door looks fantastic and was exactly as ordered. The team fitted it beautifully and quickly.

We had a large window replaced with a set of French doors with a side opener in two of our back bedrooms. Also a worn out back door.They look great, we can now access the rear garden without having to go all around the house. The improvement is really noticeable.
My neighbour shows all her visitors our new doors from her garden they have made such a difference to our “bungalow”.
Three men worked solidly for 2 days, clearing all the debris and left everything looking great. Service was excellent, and my daughter has said she was so impressed she will call on them to quote for some major work she needs doing.

We contacted Sapphire Windows for a quote. The owner came to do a rough measure up at a time that suited us. Then we were sent a quote, which was very competitive, so we didn’t bother with any other quotes. From previous experience of hard sell tactics with other companies, we had been dreading going through this process. The surveyor came to do a precise measure – all 11 windows were different sizes. It took a while for actual fitting but each window is made to order. The team that did the fitting were very professional. No mess. The windows are absolutely fantastic!!! Such good quality. Not the cheapest of the three quotes I got but by far the most professional company and realistic about timescales. There was a slight delay due to current circumstances beyond their control, but I was kept well informed as to progress and once ready fitting was arranged for a date to suit me. We had an excellent experience from start to finish using Sapphire Windows. Nothing was too much trouble; they even picked up the cat flap that we wanted installed in the front door.
The work was carried out in only one day and the installers were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent service all round. The gentleman that came to measure up had great experience and offered us advice on which windows would look best and be most practical for that particular room. From the initial phone call through to competition was a 2 month turn around. The window fitters were professional and left no mess and worked around us while we were working from home. On installation day, they were on time and worked efficiency with no fuss.
The door was amazing and far beyond our expectations.

Excellent value for money. Cheapest out of 3 quotes we had, but without compromising quality. The installation team were amazing. Had some problems fitting the new door frame through the house so they went up over the garage roof. The patio door looks absolutely fantastic and the boys left the house looking so clean and tidy.
