We are looking for a friendly, confident and creative individual to join our team as a Showroom & Social Media Coordinator at our brand-new Milford Haven showroom.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating social media content and being the face of a local business. The role combines customer service, welcoming visitors to our showroom, social media and content creation.

As a family business, we understand the importance of encouraging our staff to have a good work-life balance. This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience for customers and represent our brand positively both online and in person.

This role will involve welcoming customers into the showroom, helping them understand our range of windows, doors and home improvement products, gathering customer information and quote requirements accurately for the office team, and keeping the showroom tidy, welcoming and professional.

You will also support our growing online presence across South and West Wales by creating engaging photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, appearing on camera for promotional videos, uploading website content and assisting with local marketing activity.

We are based in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, with another showroom in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. Sapphire Windows & Doors proudly serves customers across South and West Wales.

Previous customer service, showroom, social media or marketing experience would be advantageous, but attitude, confidence and creativity are just as important.

Welsh-speaking skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.

This is a permanent part-time position.

Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm, 30 hours per week.

Salary starts from £20,000, with higher pay considered depending on experience.

Friendly, professional and approachable personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
Organised and able to manage different tasks throughout the day
Basic computer skills and confidence using websites and social media tools
Creative mindset with enthusiasm for content creation and marketing
Previous customer service or social media experience preferred but not essential
Welsh-speaking skills advantageous but not essential

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR SHOWROOM & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Opening and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Milford Haven showroom
Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom
Helping customers understand our range of windows, doors and home improvement products
Gathering customer information and quote requirements accurately for the office team
Keeping the showroom tidy, welcoming and professional
Updating our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Creating engaging photo and video content for social media
Appearing on camera for promotional videos and online content
Uploading website content and assisting with website updates
Supporting social media and website content to help grow our online visibility
Supporting local marketing activity and promotions
